There can be great differences in how assertive we act with different people and in different situations. Now you know what assertiveness means and how an assertive conversation looks like, please recall events in your life and arrange them on an imaginary line from 1 to 10:

I give you some suggestions to help you with this exercise. These are activities where assertiveness can be effective:

These numbers or the created hierarchy can change – due to your growing consciousness and also to your daily mood. It is just a snapshot of today, so handle it like that. Is there a person or a situation where you wish to be more assertive? How can you start? What suggested activity can you first put to use?
